We love to start your day off right, that’s why we prepare breakfast with products from our farm and the local area. Enjoy cakes and tarts, honey from our bees, homemade jams with fruit from the farm, fresh bruschetta, and locally sourced cold cuts.
You can taste our fresh and transformed products both at the farmhouse and at the Lapecheronza shop, where you will find many delicious things to bring to your friends and family. Rest assured, we will treat you well.

We organize tailor-made cooking classes for adults and children to learn ancient Tuscan recipes and typical dishes from our region, such as Benedetta’s crostata with Montepulciano plum Mascina jam and Valdichiana’s pici pasta with aglione sauce.

During the seasons when our plants are abundant with vegetables, we like to share them with our guests. If you want to cook fresh seasonal vegetables in your accommodation, you can let us know in advance so we can gather some for you on harvest days.

Walking and running in the countryside roads leading to Ardene allows you to breathe fresh air. You can even walk to the Temple of San Biagio or the historic center, both just a little over a kilometer away.
We only cook with fresh ingredients from our own farm and local sources. To ensure the quality and freshness of our dishes, we kindly ask our guests to always book their dinner in advance, with at least two days’ notice. This will give us time to gather the vegetables and prepare the finest dishes of our typical Tuscan cuisine.
For our meats, we use the fragrant aromas of our region, such as sage, rosemary, marjoram, and other aromatic herbs grown directly on our farm.
We prepare local and traditional Tuscan dishes with fresh, handmade pasta (such as the typical Tuscan “pici,” potato gnocchi, and tagliatelle) served with fresh sauces, platters of cured meats, and local products. Our dishes are accompanied by a good glass of wine, such as Rosso or Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino, or Tuscan red wine

We create the perfect tailor-made reception for you, with an aperitif, lunch, or dinner featuring fresh products from our farm and the local area. Our rustic setups combine simplicity and authenticity, and they are the best wish for a happy relationship We use floral decorations from our countryside and collaborate with local companies.
