SUITE THE BEAUTY AND THE BEAST
The marvellous fireplace gave name to this suite: the ancient and interwoven juniper trunks seem
rising from the stones which represent the hardness of life. Two trunks, a man and a woman with
their difficult and different ways of live but destined to meet and love each other. This is like
the fairy tale of the Beauty and the Beast. This fireplace is a masterpiece which makes every guest
form its own idea about it.
Another masterpiece of this suite is the old wardrobe characterized
by its doors obtained by a Tuscan main door dated back to the beginning of the 20th century.
They are still coloured with copper sulphate according to the local country tradition which used
it to preserve the front entrance from the severe weather conditions. The blown-glazed big
chandelier from Murano is precious, original and unique for its beauty. Also from this apartment
our guests can enjoy the view of the local hills with olive groves and vineyards and admire the
valley as if they were in front of a genuine master. The exclusive external little square in cotto
offers a wonderful sight of Montepulciano and its surrounding old ravines in tufa.
